Scope & Acceptance
These conditions apply to all guests and to the use of the premises, including dining, take-away, and bookings. By entering, ordering, or making a reservation, the guest accepts these terms.
Reservations & Bookings
Bookings may require deposits, follow specific cancellation policies, or have minimum and maximum group sizes. Penalties may apply for no-shows or late cancellations. Private or event bookings may be subject to additional conditions.
Menu, Pricing & Payment
Menu items, prices, and portions may change without prior notice. Taxes and service charges are clearly indicated. Accepted payment methods are outlined. For group menus or pre-planned services, charges become final at a specified time.
Service Charge & Gratuity
Automatic service charges for certain groups or situations will be clearly identified. Information regarding gratuities is provided where applicable.
Behaviour in the Premises & Conduct
The establishment reserves the right to refuse service to unruly or intoxicated guests. Policies regarding smoking, outside food and beverages, pets, and children apply. All guests must comply with provincial liquor licensing rules when alcohol is served.
Liability & Allergens
Guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions. The establishment is not liable for allergic reactions as permitted by law. Food safety practices comply with provincial food premises regulations.
Intellectual Property, Photography & Social Media
Images taken within the establishment may be used for marketing purposes. Restrictions may apply to photography, video recordings, or commercial use of the premises.
Cancellation & Damages
Reservations may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure or equipment failure. Guests may be held liable for damages to property, event equipment, or décor.
Privacy & Data
Any personal information collected for bookings, loyalty programs, or marketing is managed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or through the courts, depending on the situation.
Changes to the Terms
The establishment may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
